About Youth All Over
Youth All Over was created to address challenges affecting young people throughout the Bay Area, including youth obesity, limited access to positive recreational opportunities, and the growing mental and behavioral wellness crisis.
We believe athletics can open the door to much more than competition. Through structured programming and trusted adult mentorship, YAO helps young people strengthen their confidence, communication, discipline, teamwork, decision-making and sense of purpose.
Youth All Over serves young people ages 10–25 through age-appropriate programs designed to support their development from adolescence into adulthood.

Halloween Boo Bash
Meet us at this year’s Halloween Boo Bash on Saturday, October 31, 2026! We’ll be selling delicious Fergalicious Popcorn and accepting donations to support Youth All Over and Bay Area AllStars youth programming. Stop by to grab a treat, meet members of our team, and learn more about our mission to empower Bay Area youth through athletics, mentorship, leadership development and practical life skills. Every contribution helps us provide equipment, tournament opportunities, educational workshops and meaningful experiences for the young people we serve.
Oakland Día de los Muertos Festival
Join Youth All Over for a day of culture, community, and celebration at the Oakland Día de los Muertos Festival!
Bring the family out to enjoy live music, beautiful altar installations, traditional art, food, games, rides, and activities for all ages. Come celebrate with us as we honor the lives and traditions of those who came before us.

Our Weekly Rhythm
Consistency is an important part of the Youth All Over experience. Our weekday schedule combines hands-on fundraising and entrepreneurship with structured basketball training for participants of all ages and genders.
